Michael Studebaker

General Manager - Springboro

Michael Studebaker is the General Manager of Accelevation’s Springboro manufacturing facility. Prior to joining the Accelevation team, he was a Production Manager at Novolex’s Burrows packaging division.

Michael started in manufacturing in 1996 on the ground level and has had a progressive career path that has given him experience at all levels of manufacturing focusing on strategically optimizing operational efficiency, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and spearheading transformative improvements in quality and operations. Michael was introduced to Lean manufacturing at Delphi with the TPS system and has worked within multiple others, including the Honeywell Operating System . Michael earned his green belt while working with Fram Filtration and attended Lean TOC training at the University of Tennessee.

In his free time, Michael enjoys playing a lot of golf, spending time with fiancé Erica, and still dabbles in skateboarding when his body allows it.
