Jeanetta Darno

Chief Talent Officer

Jeanetta Darno is the Chief Talent Officer at Accelevation. Previously, Jeanetta served as the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at UC Health. She is recognized for her leadership in driving culture transformations and spearheading strategies in people, talent, and internal communications across various industries, including the US Army, Wal-Mart, Cardinal Health, and Nationwide Insurance. She is passionate about creating workplaces that inspire collaboration and creativity that foster innovative solutions.

Jeanetta holds a BA from Jackson State University, an MA in Human Resources from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from The Ohio State University. She is also an alumna of Harvard’s Strategies for Building and Leading Diverse Organizations program and is currently completing her PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University.

Originally from Chicago, Jeanetta has called Ohio home for the past 20 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and embarking on adventures with her Cane Corso.
